Advertiser Disclosure
Last updated: July 9, 2026
PolicyHulk is free to use. It is not free to run. This page explains exactly how we make money, because you deserve to know what is behind the offers you see.
We are compensated by the companies we match you with
PolicyHulk is an advertising-supported comparison and lead-generation service. When you submit a quote request, we transmit your information to third-party partners — insurance carriers, licensed agents and agencies, lenders, debt relief providers, home improvement contractors, and the lead exchanges that distribute requests to them. Those partners pay us for the referral. We may be paid per lead, per call, per click, or per completed sale.
We may also display advertising served by third-party ad networks, including Google AdSense, and earn revenue from impressions and clicks on those ads.
How compensation affects what you see
- Which companies appear. We only match you with partners we have a commercial relationship with. Companies that do not pay us do not appear, no matter how good their product is.
- Where they appear. Placement, order, prominence and emphasis of offers on this site may be influenced by how much a partner pays.
- Which products appear. We cover the categories where lead demand exists. That is a commercial decision, not an editorial judgment about what is best for you.
What we do not do
- We do not compare every company, plan, policy, lender or contractor available in the market. Our comparisons are not exhaustive and should not be treated as a complete survey of your options.
- We do not charge you anything. You never pay PolicyHulk a fee.
- We do not set the rates, premiums, prices or terms you are quoted. Those come entirely from the provider.
- We do not guarantee that any offer you receive is the lowest price or the best fit available to you.
Always shop beyond us. Because our partner set is commercial, the genuinely best offer for you may come from a company that is not on this site. Compare offers you find here against offers you find elsewhere, including going directly to carriers, to HealthCare.gov, or to Medicare.gov.
Editorial independence
The educational content on this site — our explanations, comparisons of product types, and buying guidance — is written to be accurate and useful regardless of what a partner pays. Advertisers do not review or approve our editorial content before publication. See our Editorial Guidelines.
