This Privacy Policy explains what personal information PolicyHulk collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Please read it carefully — by using this website you accept the practices described here.

1. Who we are

PolicyHulk (policyhulk.com) is operated by PolicyHulk ("we", "us", "our"). We are a lead-generation and comparison service. We are not an insurance company, an insurance agency or broker, a lender, a mortgage broker, a debt relief company, a law firm, a credit counseling agency, or a contractor. We do not sell insurance, make credit decisions, or perform home improvement work.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact information — first and last name, email address, telephone number, ZIP code and postal address.
• Quote information — the answers you provide in our forms. Depending on the product, this can include property details, vehicle details, homeownership status, approximate income, approximate credit range, debt amounts, employment status, insurance history, and health-coverage preferences such as whether you take prescription medications or are Medicare-eligible.
• Consent records — the exact consent language displayed to you, whether you checked the box, and the date and time you submitted.
• Communications — anything you send us through our contact form or by email.

Information we collect automatically

• Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and the approximate geographic location derived from your IP address.
• Marketing attribution — campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid and fbclid that identify which advertisement or link brought you here.
• Cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy.

Sensitive information

Some of our forms ask about health coverage, Medicare eligibility, prescription usage, income and financial hardship. Depending on where you live, this may be treated as sensitive personal information. We collect it only to match you with relevant licensed partners, and only when you choose to provide it. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted under applicable law.

3. How we use your information

• To match you with insurers, agents, lenders, contractors and other partners who offer the products you asked about.
• To transmit your request to those partners so they can contact you with quotes and offers.
• To operate, secure, debug and improve the website.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and automated submissions.
• To comply with legal obligations and to maintain records of consent.
• To send you communications about your request, and marketing communications where permitted.

4. How we share your information — please read this section

When you submit a form on PolicyHulk, you are asking us to share your information. We disclose the personal information you provide to:

• Marketing partners and lead buyers. Insurance carriers, licensed insurance agents and agencies, Medicare plan representatives, mortgage lenders and brokers, debt relief providers, home improvement contractors, and the lead exchanges and aggregators that distribute requests to them.
• Service providers. Hosting, database, analytics, email, telephony, fraud-prevention and consent-verification vendors that process data on our behalf.
• Advertising and analytics companies. Including Google, which may use cookies to serve and measure ads. See our Cookie Policy.
• Legal and corporate recipients. Where required by law, subpoena or legal process; to protect our rights, safety or property; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets.

These partners are independent third parties. Once your information reaches them, their own privacy policies govern how they use it. We do not control, and are not responsible for, their practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any company that contacts you.

This sharing may legally qualify as a "sale" or a "share" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws, because we receive compensation for it. You have the right to opt out. See Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

5. Consent to be contacted

By submitting a form, you provide your prior express written consent to receive calls, text messages and emails at the number and address you provide, including calls and texts made using an automatic telephone dialing system or a prerecorded or artificial voice, from PolicyHulk and from our marketing partners. 6. Your privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected, used and disclosed about you.
• Access a copy of that information in a portable format.
• Delete the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and of targeted advertising.
• Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise a right, email contact@topzmedia.com or use our contact form. We will verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the time allowed by law. You may designate an authorized agent to act for you. If we deny your request you may appeal by replying to our decision.

Important limitation: deleting your information from our systems does not delete it from partners who already received it. Those companies are separate controllers of your data. If you want them to stop contacting you, you must ask each of them directly, and you may also register with the National Do Not Call Registry.

7. Data retention

We retain quote submissions and consent records for as long as necessary to operate the service, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations — including retaining TCPA consent evidence for the period required to defend a claim. When information is no longer needed we delete it or de-identify it.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and infrastructure hosted on Cloudflare. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send us financial account numbers, Social Security numbers or health records through this website — we never ask for them.

9. Children's privacy

This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact contact@topzmedia.com and we will delete it.

10. Third-party links

Our site links to third-party websites and offers. We are not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of any site we do not operate.

11. Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common industry standard for responding to it, so we do not currently respond to DNT signals. We do honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where required by law.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
