Consent to Contact & TCPA Disclosure

Last updated: July 9, 2026

This page reproduces, in full, the consent you give when you submit a quote request on PolicyHulk, and explains how to withdraw it.

The consent you provide

By clicking a submit button on this website (for example "Get My Free Quotes"), you provide your prior express written consent to receive marketing telephone calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and emails from PolicyHulk, from PolicyHulk, and from one or more of our marketing partners — including insurance carriers, licensed insurance agents and agencies, Medicare plan representatives, mortgage lenders and brokers, debt relief companies, and home improvement contractors — at the telephone number and email address you provided, including through the use of an automatic telephone dialing system.

You understand and agree that:

Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
• You may receive calls and texts even if your number is on a federal, state or corporate Do Not Call list.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• You are the subscriber of, or the customary user with authority to consent for, the number you provided.
• Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and compliance purposes.
• You are at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States.

Who may contact you

Your request may be transmitted to more than one partner, and more than one company may contact you about the same request. The specific companies vary by product, by your ZIP code, and by which partners are accepting requests at the time you submit. A current list of the categories of recipients is described in our Privacy Policy. To request the identity of the specific companies your information was transmitted to, email contact@topzmedia.com.

How to revoke consent

You may revoke your consent at any time, by any reasonable means. Any of the following works:

  • Text: reply STOP to any text message you receive. Reply HELP for help.
  • Phone: tell any caller to place you on their internal do-not-call list. They are required by law to honor it.
  • Email: click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or write to contact@topzmedia.com with the subject "Revoke Consent".
  • Form: use our contact form and select the "Opt out / revoke consent" topic.

Include the phone number and email address you submitted so we can locate your record. We will process revocations promptly and in no event later than the period required by law.

Please understand this limitation. Revoking consent with PolicyHulk stops us from contacting you and stops future transmission of your information. It does not automatically stop partners who already received your request. Each of those companies maintains its own internal do-not-call list, and you must ask each one directly. We will help where we can — email us and we will tell you who received your information.

National Do Not Call Registry

You can register your number at no cost at donotcall.gov or by calling 1-888-382-1222. Note that registering does not block companies to whom you have given prior express written consent, which is why revoking consent directly is the effective step.

Recordkeeping

When you submit a form, we record the consent language displayed to you, your IP address, the page URL, and the date and time of submission. We retain that record as evidence of consent for as long as legally advisable.
