You answer a few questions
Each form asks only what a provider needs to price your request — your ZIP code, some details about the product, and how to reach you. No Social Security number. No account. No fee.
We transmit your request
Your answers go to one or more third-party partners: insurance carriers, licensed agents, lenders, debt relief providers or local contractors, depending on what you asked for and where you live.
They contact you directly
Those companies call, text or email you with quotes and offers. More than one may contact you about the same request. You compare, you ask questions, and you decide — or you decide nothing.
What it costs you
Nothing. Ever. You do not pay PolicyHulk a fee at any point. We are paid by the partners we match you with — per lead, per call, or per completed sale depending on the category. That is the entire business model, and we spell it out in our Advertiser Disclosure.
What we are not
PolicyHulk is not an insurance company, agency or broker. Not a bank, lender or mortgage broker. Not a debt relief company, credit counselor or law firm. Not a contractor. We do not issue policies, approve loans, negotiate with your creditors, or install a single window. Every one of those things is done by an independent, licensed third party. Who contacts you, and why
When you submit a form, you give prior express written consent for us and our marketing partners to contact you at the number and email you provided — including by automated dialing system, prerecorded voice and text message — even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. That consent is what makes the matching work, and it is not a condition of purchase. The full text is on our Consent to Contact & TCPA Disclosure page.
You can stop it at any time. Reply STOP to any text. Tell any caller to add you to their internal do-not-call list. Email contact@topzmedia.com to revoke consent, and we will tell you which companies received your information so you can contact them directly. You can also opt out of the sale or sharing of your data entirely on our Do Not Sell or Share page.
Why we do not compare everyone
We match you with companies that pay to be in our network. That means our comparison is not, and cannot be, a complete survey of the market. The genuinely best offer for you might come from a carrier or lender that has never heard of us. Shop beyond this site. For Medicare, call 1-800-MEDICARE or visit Medicare.gov. For under-65 health coverage, visit HealthCare.gov. Both are free and neither pays us anything.
What we do with your data
We store your submission, the consent language you were shown, and the time you submitted it. We share it with partners as described in our Privacy Policy. Because we are compensated for that sharing, it legally counts as a "sale" or "share" under California and similar state laws — and you have the right to opt out.
The honest summary
You get a fast, free way to see several offers without calling a dozen companies. We get paid when a partner wants to talk to you. You will get contacted, possibly more than once. If that trade is not worth it to you, do not submit the form — and if you already did, we will help you unwind it.
